Robin is the founding Partner and Managing Director of Charterhouse Australia. Since 2003 when the very first global office was launched, Robin has been determined and committed to developing best practice recruitment solutions.With almost twenty years as a consultant, Robin has personally run and managed locum, contract & permanent recruitment desks in Europe, Asia & Australia. Robin launched Charterhouse Medical in 2009 and has proudly built and presided over what is now one of Australia’s largest and most respected Medical recruitment companies.
Charterhouse is now the largest privately owned recruitment company in Australia. With offices throughout Australia, South East Asia and the Middle East, Robin remains operationally hands-on with all aspects of the business.
Tracy McClenaghan
Tracy is the General Manager of Charterhouse Medical, Australia. Since 2011 Tracy has developed this dynamic company into one of the leading recruitment solutions in the industry. With seventeen years of recruitment and operational experience across the globe, Tracy is known as an industry expert, sits on the AMRANZ council and is sought after for her recruitment advice and operational expertise in the Medical recruitment industry.
Tracy and her team scoped an ERP solution after years of feedback from Clients, doctors and colleagues and resulted in a partnership with Christopher Shermer who has developed Magnum.
Prior to joining MAGNUM Software, Christopher held a number or managemnt roles withn the technology sector, whilst more recently holding a senior level position at a large American technology company, managing and overseeing the Government space across Australia, New Zealand & Singapore.

Christopher Shermer
Christopher is the General Manager for MAGNUM Software. Working along side Tracy, Christopher championed the product design, development and product launch. Christopher is responsible for leading all customer-facing aspects within the market, including enterprise sales and account management, driving the strategic direction and managing daily business operations.Prior to joining MAGNUM Software, Christopher held a number or managemnt roles withn the technology sector, whilst more recently holding a senior level position at a large American technology company, managing and overseeing the Government space across Australia, New Zealand & Singapore.
